July

27^th : New Teacher Orientation 8:00 set up- 2 dozen bagels, cream cheese and o.j. –Kelly Henry

August

6^th : Back to School Social-water & ice with cups for both buildings-coolers in annex

20^th : Curriculum Night-Hospitality- 6:30-9:00, both buildings: cookies & punch, napkins, cups, ice.   doodle request

28^th : Teacher Half Day- bagels, cream cheese for 50 teachers and staff

29th : Study Skills Workshop 9:00 a.m.-volunteer to purchase and deliver breakfast items-CPA to reimburse.  Fees paid cover food items.

September

18^th : Teacher Half Day- homemade breads, fruit for 50-Hospitality doodle request

18^th : Junior High Bowling Social-1-4pm- Karin Sherrill

October

2^nd : Field Day-required attendance-2-3 volunteers needed to set up water & ice in coolers, pizza order on site with lunches

30^th : Teacher Half Day Luncheon- doodle request, theme needed

November

2^nd : Family Picnic Invites- go out

10^th : 8^th Grade Recorder Concert-Hospitality doodle request

17^th : Fine Arts Night 7^th, 11^th, & 9^th -Hospitality doodle request (possible fundraiser, our involvement is tent.)

21^st : Family Picnic- volunteers for activities, clean-up/set-up, food, PO info booth, Snowstorm Coordinator-kickoff event

December

1^st : 10^th Grade Choir-Hospitality-doodle request

2^nd-6^th : Barnes & Noble Book Fair- San Tan Mall location

17^th : Teacher Snowstorm Luncheon-doodle request, theme needed

January

4^th, 5^th, 6^th : Teacher Conferences-eclectic munchies & snacks-doodle request

4^th, 5^th, 6^th : Conferences- cookies for parents-doodle request or PO purchase

27^th : 8^th Grade Commencement-PO pays for 3- ½ sheet cakes & punch (sponsored by 7^th grade parents)

28^th : Senior Graduation Night- cake for 400 & punch (sponsored by 11^th grade parents)
