In order to get accurate food counts for everyone planning to attend our Family Picnic, we ask that you please RSVP with your meal choices by Friday, September 24. Due to the potentially high number of attendees – considering the growth of our school this year! – it’s essential that all RSVPs go through our online ordering system at Orderlunches.com

If your family has not yet registered an account, you will need to do so. When registering a new account, the program asks you to register child profiles to be associated with the account; these should be added for your family at this time. Click here for instructions on registering for a new account.

Once  you have an account set up, the next step is to add a special profile with a family name (we suggest using “Family” as the first name with your last name – i.e., “Family Hayes”) so that all orders can be placed and grouped under that name for distribution. The process to create this profile depends on whether you are a new registrant or have already created your account.

FOR NEW REGISTRATIONS:

After adding each student for the family, a “child” profile with the family name should be added as well (select one of the Staff Lunch periods for this “Location”) before clicking “done” and exiting from the account registration setup.

FOR THOSE WITH EXISTING ACCOUNTS:

If you have already created your account, you may go in and add another “child” with the family name by selecting PROFILES and using the data entry form at the bottom of the page to “add profile” (select one of the Staff Lunch periods as “Location”).

TO RSVP WITH YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT:

After your online account is set up and ready with the family profile for ordering, please RSVP by following these steps:

1. Login and click on “ORDER” in the menu banner at the top of the page.
2. Click to select the box next to the family name.
3. Go to the October calendar and select the “Family Picnic” tab.
4. Click on “order” under Friday, October 1st. Food options will be listed here.
5. Please click to select meal options for all who are planning to attend, using the quantities box to select multiples of an item as necessary.

For families who are registering for the first time for this event, it is very important that you do NOT check out your cart unless you are also adding an order for lunch items at the same time. Because there is no cost associated with the meal choices for the picnic, proceeding with check-out without making an associated payment could result in your RSVP being unavailable when distribution lists are created.

Orderlunches.com offers a secure, fast and easy-to-use online ordering solution that provides the ability to view our school lunch menu, order, prepay, and manage student lunches online.

On or after 7/22/10 registration and ordering will begin for school year 2010/2011

1. Go to www.orderlunches.com to “register”
2. Complete account information and enter school password: chandlerprep127
3. Enter student(s) information – select applicable “room/teacher/grade” (based on your student’s class section – i.e., 6A) from the drop down menu
4. Click “add student profile” for each student you are registering and click “finished” ONLY after all students are added
5. Login with your user name and personal password that you set during registration; go to “order” to begin

*  Days marked with a red icon contain specific messages regarding field trips and/or no lunch days.

*  Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment with a credit card. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be included on lunch reports if you do not complete your order.

*  You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your order.

Changes/Cancellations – Changes, additions and cancellations can be made providing they are done during the ordering period each month at least 2 weeks ahead of time.  Any credits will be applied to your next order.

Late Orders – Late orders are not accepted.

Payment Information – The lunch program accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, or your debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.  All payments must be made online; no checks or cash.

Minimum Order Fee – A minimum $10 order is required at checkout, otherwise a $1 fee is charged.  If your order change is an even exchange, no minimum order fee is applied.

Missed Lunches – Credits are not applied due to illness; you may designate someone else to receive the lunch.

Forgotten/Emergency Lunches – Students that forget lunches will be provided a noodle bowl.

You can view the menu before you order – Click on “print school menu” button located at the bottom of each calendar month.

Print your order – Click on “print my order” button located at the bottom of each calendar month.  You have the option to print to screen or export to Excel and print.

View order history – Go to “my orders”
