It’s the fast and easy way to ensure your kids eat right at school!

Orderlunches.com offers a secure, fast and easy-to-use online ordering solution that provides the ability to view our school lunch menu, order, prepay, and manage student lunches online.

On or after 7/22/10 registration and ordering will begin for school year 2010/2011

  1. Go to www.orderlunches.com to “register”
  2. Complete account information and enter school password: chandlerprep127
  3. Enter student(s) information – select applicable “room/teacher/grade” (based on your student’s class section – i.e., 6A) from the drop down menu
  4. Click “add student profile” for each student you are registering and click “finished” ONLY after all students are added
  5. Login with your user name and personal password that you set during registration; go to “order” to begin

Program Information

*  Days marked with a red icon contain specific messages regarding field trips and/or no lunch days.

Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment with a credit card. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be included on lunch reports if you do not complete your order.

*  You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your order.

Changes/Cancellations – Changes, additions and cancellations can be made providing they are done during the ordering period each month at least 2 weeks ahead of time.  Any credits will be applied to your next order.

Late Orders – Late orders are not accepted.

Payment Information – The lunch program accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, or your debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.  All payments must be made online; no checks or cash.

Minimum Order Fee – A minimum $10 order is required at checkout, otherwise a $1 fee is charged.  If your order change is an even exchange, no minimum order fee is applied.

Missed Lunches – Credits are not applied due to illness; you may designate someone else to receive the lunch.

Forgotten/Emergency Lunches – Students that forget lunches will be provided a noodle bowl.

You can view the menu before you order – Click on “print school menu” button located at the bottom of each calendar month.

Print your order – Click on “print my order” button located at the bottom of each calendar month.  You have the option to print to screen or export to Excel and print.

View order history – Go to “my orders”

Food Questions – Email Christina Staring (christinastaring@msn.com).  Please put “Lunch” in the subject line and include student’s name and grade with your message.
